Korean sliced rice cakes for Tteokguk. Requires frozen shipping.

Preparation Tteokguk soup for 2 persons:
Soak the desired number of tteokguk in cold water for approx. 15 minutes to get a softer consistency. Then rinse. Then add them to 550 ml water in a pot, season with e.g. beef stock, and boil for about 5 minutes. As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat
and stir from time to time. Add cooked beef or eggs to taste.
