Peking style duck grilled with pancakes and hoisin sauce, frozen.

Preparation:
Remove the product from the packaging and defrost. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat over medium heat for 5-8 min. each side. Heat the pancakes in a preheated oven at 200°C for 3-5 min. Slice the meat thinly, roll into the pancakes with some sauce and enjoy.
