Preparation for Tteokbokki:
Ingredients: rice cake 150g, 1/4 spring onion, 1/4 onion, oden 50g
Tteokbokki sauce: water 300ml, gochujang (chilli paste) 2 teaspoon, gochugaru (chilli powder) 1/2 teaspoon, minced garlic 1 teaspoon.
Rinse the prepared tubular Korean rice cakes with water. Pour 300ml of water into a pan, Stir in red pepper paste, chili powder, sugar and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the tubular rice cakes, onion, and fishcake, letting it cook for 5 minutes. Add welsh onion. Simmer unti the sauce has thickened, stirring constantly.
